Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number, which you can use to track the progress and responses online. Before opening a support ticket, please check our FAQs and our Twitter. If your service stopped abruptly, or for an extended period of time, please check Twitter for any announcements or updates. In the future, always check these places before opening a ticket. In the event that there is a service outage, updates will only be posted through Twitter.
